E-mail ERP Import/Export Summary

Configure the Email ERP Import and Export Summary by providing email addresses and subject content, and setting your attachment options.

  1. Enter the e-mail address of the recipient in the To field.
  2. Enter the e-mail address of the sender in the From field.
  3. The e-mail subject is displayed by default in the Subject field.
  4. Turn on the Attachment Summary file check box to send the HTML formatted summary file as an attachment. The summary contains the complete results as listed in the View Results screen.
  5. If you are sending an export summary, turn on the Attach Export file check box to send the exported file as an attachment. The exported file contains all exported data.
  6. The message in Modify E-mail Content can be edited to customize the e-mail.
