Specifies the name of the current parts list.

Specifies the date and time of the creation of the parts list.

Specifies the name of the person who last updated the parts list.

Specifies the date and time of the last time the parts list was edited.

Load New Catalogue

Opens a dialog box in which you select an additional parts catalogue (*.sqlite) to use in your parts list. Once selected, it is added to the catalogue list below.

Unload Catalogue

Removes the selected catalogue from the catalogue list.
Note: Parts from the unloaded catalogue that are currently in use will not be removed.

Catalogue List

Lists the currently loaded catalogues available for your parts list.
- Catalogue Name. Specifies the name of the loaded catalogue.
- Catalogue Path. Specifies the location of the loaded catalogue data file.
- Status. Specifies the usage status of the loaded catalogue file.
- Loaded. No parts from this catalogue are currently in the parts list. This catalogue can be unloaded.
- In Use. Parts from this loaded catalogue are currently in the parts list. This catalogue cannot be unloaded.
- Missing. The material catalogue does not exist in the listed Catalogue Path. It has either been moved, renamed or deleted.
