General Page (Sight Distance Check Wizard)

Select the path along which you want to check
  • Use Alignment And Profile: Select the alignment and the profile from the lists, or click to select them in the drawing. Enter the From Chainage and To Chainage, or click to pick in the drawing.
  • Use Feature Line Or 3D Polyline: Click Select From Drawing. Enter the From Point and To Point, or click to select them in the drawing.
Check Interval

Specify a value or click to pick in the drawing.

This value is used as the eye location interval and it is also used as the interval for checking for targets along the path if the Target Check Interval setting is not enabled.

Target Check Interval
Optionally specifies a different interval value for checking for targets along the path. Select this tick box and enter a value if you want the interval for checking for targets along the path to be different from the eye location interval. Clear this tick box if you want to check for targets using the same value specified for the Check Interval setting.
Select surfaces to check against

Select a surface to perform the check against and click to add it to the list. The surfaces are listed in the order of priority. If there are multiple surfaces at a given location, then the check is done against the surface with the highest priority. You can change the priority by clicking the and arrows.
