To Add Points at Feature Line Crossing Locations

Use the Insert Points at Crossing Locations command to insert IP points or elevation points on feature lines that cross each other in the same site.

An I/AN IP or elevation point will be inserted on the selected feature line and on all feature lines within the same site that cross it.

1. Click Modify tab Edit Geometry panel Insert Points at Crossing Locations .
2. Do one of the following:
   • Enter IP to insert intersection points at the crossing locations.
   • Enter E to insert elevation points at the crossing locations.
3. Select the crossing feature lines and press Enter.
