Use a system variable named PipeNetworkSyncMode to control when to initiate the synchronisation of data-referenced pressure pipe networks and gravity pipe networks. This variable applies to both pressure pipe networks and gravity pipe networks.
You can use the following settings for PipeNetworkSyncMode:

The geometry, names and descriptions will be checked, and if any of that data has changed, all the data for the pipe network will be synchronised. Note: This is the default setting.
