Information Tab (Plot Properties Dialog Box)

Use this tab to change a plot, name, description, or style.

Name

Specifies the name of the plot.

Description

Specifies the description of the plot. Enter an optional description.

Object Style

Specifies the plot style applied to the plot.

Use Name Template In Plot Style

Specifies whether the plot name is based on the plot style name template.

Selected: The plot name is (re)set based on the plot style name template. The Name field is disabled for manual editing (the Name column is also disabled in List View).

Cleared: Manually enter a plot name in the Name field (You can also edit the Name column in the List View).

Note: This manually entered name is not automatically updated with subsequent changes to the plot number.

Show Tooltips

Controls whether tooltips are displayed for the object in the drawing (not over toolbar icons).
