To Add Tables of Plots

A table of plots, also known as an area table, displays the data for each plot in a separate row.

Plot area tables can include data such as plot perimeter, segment bearings, and street address, depending on the table style.

  1. Click Annotate tabLabels & Tables panelAdd Tables menuPlotAdd Area.
  2. In the Table Creation dialog box, specify settings as needed, except for the Selection settings.
  3. To select plots for the table, for Selection, do one of the following:
    • In the Label Style Name list, select one or more area label styles. When you select an area label style, you automatically select all plots using that style.
    • Click the plot selector button. Click the text of one plot label after another. When you finish, press Enter.
  4. Click OK.

    The upper-left corner of the new table is attached to your pointer.

  5. Click in the drawing to set the location for the new table.
