To Add a Masking Region to an Alignment

1. Click Alignment tabModify panelAlignment Properties drop-downAlignment Properties Find.
2. In the Alignment Properties dialog box, click the Masking tab.
3. Click Add Masking Region.
4. Specify the start chainage for the mask by clicking along the alignment, entering a numeric chainage value, or clicking Lock to Start in the masking table.
5. Specify the end chainage for the mask by clicking along the alignment, entering a numeric chainage value, or clicking Lock to End in the masking table.
6. Optionally, enter notes about the mask in the Comment column.

Tip: Use the Mask check box to temporarily enable or disable a mask without removing it from the list of masks.
