To Work with the Plot Properties Manager

To export all plot information to a file

1. Open a drawing that contains one or more plots.
2. In the Toolspace, on the Toolbox tab, expand Miscellaneous Utilities Plots. Double-click Plot Properties Manager.
3. In the Manage Plot Properties dialog box, click to select all plots in the drawing.
4. Click to save the plot information to a .CSV file that contains the following columns:
   • Name
   • Number
   • Description*
   • Area
   • Perimeter
   • Site
   • Style*
   • Area Label Style*

   * These fields are editable within the Plot Properties Manager.

To edit plot properties

Using the Plot Properties Manager, you can edit the plot description, the plot style, or the plot area label style.

1. Open a drawing that contains one or more plots.
2. In the Toolspace, on the Toolbox tab, expand Miscellaneous Utilities Plots. Double-click Plot Properties Manager.
3. In the Manage Plot Properties dialog box, select at least one plot by selecting the check box in the Select column.
4. Make the desired edits.
5. Click to apply the edits.
