To Create Lines From the End Of an Object

The line is drawn from the end of the object that is closest to the selection point. Specify a distance by picking two points or entering a value. The line that is drawn from an end of an arc will be drawn straight.

1. Click Home tabDraw panelLine drop-downCreate Line From End Of Object Find.
2. Select the arc or line object to extend the line from.
3. Specify a distance by either clicking in the drawing or entering a distance.
