Property Sets Tab (Text Component Editor Dialog Box)

Use this tab to add property set definitions to label text components.

Note: The Property Sets tab will not appear in the Text Component Editor if there is no property set applied to the relevant object type. For more information about setting up property sets, see About Property Sets.
Property Set Definitions
Specifies which property set to use. When you select the property set, the Properties list becomes populated with the properties that are defined within the property set.
Properties

Specifies a property to insert into the label text component.

When you select a property, Modifiers and their Values are displayed in the grid below it.

Note: Edit the values as needed before clicking the Add Properties button. If you make changes to the values after you insert the property, you must delete and reinsert the property.
Add Properties

Inserts the property field into the Text Component Editor window at the cursor location. After adding each property into the text window, click in the window and press Enter to insert a paragraph return. Click in the Text Component Editor window and add static text as needed.

Modifier

Lists all modifiers supported by the selected property field. For example, these modifiers may include unit, precision, and angle format. For more information, see About Property Field Modifiers for Label Styles.

Value

Lists the value for each modifier. The values and the method of formatting them vary according to the type of modifier.
