When running in Civil 3D, the baseline is named after the alignments on which they are based, less the {Roundabout Name} part.
Each baseline has its own assembly, which has the same name as the alignment. Each baseline has a single region named Region (1).
In addition, Autodesk Civil 3D 2024 targets the region to the appropriate alignment.
