The Array flyout, available from the Extras toolbar, provides access to various tools for creating arrays of objects.
Note: The Extras toolbar is off by default. You can toggle display of this toolbar by right-clicking an empty spot on the main toolbar and choosing Extras from the Customize Display right-click menu.
