Add Objects to the Connection

You can add objects to a bolted or welded connection. For the bolted connection, the grip length and the bolt length are adjusted.

Access the command

In the Objects tab Connection objects panel, click (Add objects to connection).

Add objects to the connection

1. In the Objects tab Connection objects panel, click (Add objects to connection).
2. Select one or several connecting elements (bolt pattern, welds) and confirm with Enter.
3. Select the beams and plates you want to add to the connection and confirm with Enter.

• The elements are added to the connection.
