Define Quick View on Object

Access the command

In the Quick views tool palette, click (Quick view on object).

Command line: _AstM10QuickObjectView OBJECT

Define a quick view on object

  1. In the Quick views tool palette, click (Quick view on object).
  2. Select the element to isolate.
  3. Select one of the displayed arrows to define the view direction and press Enter.
  4. Next, define the view box.
  5. Enter a value for the view depth (in the Z direction).
  6. Enter a value for the view extension in the X direction.
  7. Enter a value for the view extension in the Y direction.

Define Quick View on Assembly

Access the command

In the Quick views tool palette, click (Quick view on assembly).

Command line: _AstM10QuickObjectView ASSEMBLY

Define a quick view on object

  1. In the Quick views tool palette, click (Quick view on assembly).
  2. Select the assembly to isolate.
  3. Select one of the displayed arrows to define the view direction and press Enter.
  4. Next, define the view box.
  5. Enter a value for the view depth (in the Z direction).
  6. Enter a value for the view extension in the X direction.
  7. Enter a value for the view extension in the Y direction.

Access the command

In the Quick views tool palette, click (Quick view on joint).

Command line: _AstM10QuickObjectView JOINT

Define a quick view on joint

  1. In the Quick views tool palette, click (Quick view on joint).
  2. Select the connection object of the joint to isolate.
  3. Select one of the displayed arrows to define the view direction and press Enter.
  4. Next, define the view box.
  5. Enter a value for the view depth (in the Z direction).
  6. Enter a value for the view extension in the X direction.
  7. Enter a value for the view extension in the Y direction.
