Project Navigator Toolbar Reference

As the following table shows, the buttons on the toolbar at the bottom of the Project Navigator vary according to which tab is active. Some of the same functions are also available on the context menu for the tab:

Project Browser	Launches the Project Browser	All
Close Current Project	Closes all project files of the current project.	Project
Content Browser	Launches the Content Browser. If a project library has been set for the project, it is displayed in the Content Browser.	All
Refresh Project	Refreshes the project information in the Drawing Explorer to reflect any changes made. Note: Refreshing the project frequently is especially important when you are working with a project on a network server.	All
Synchronize Projects	Synchronizes a project with its project standards, if they have been established.	Project
Configure Project Standards	Opens the Configure AEC Project Standards dialog box in which you can set up or modify standards for the current project.	Project
Add Category	Adds a new category for elements, constructs, views, or sheets. You can nest categories and create an organizational tree.	Constructs, Views, Sheets
Add Element	Creates a new element.	Constructs
Add Construct	Creates a new construct.	Constructs
Show External References	Opens the External References dialog box that lists all external references in the selected file and lets you unload, reload, and detach them from a context menu.	Constructs, Views, Sheets
Repath Xref	Opens the Project Repath Queue dialog box in which you can view the repath queue and then update the modified xref paths. Unavailable if there are no files in the queue. Danger: Selecting Repath migrates your drawings to the current version format. This means that you will be unable to open these drawings in any older version.	Constructs, Views, Sheets
Add View	Creates a new view.	Views
Regenerate View	Reloads all of the xrefs needed to generate the selected view after you have edited xrefs in the view, added new references, or changed the view properties.	Views
Add Sheet	Creates a new sheet drawing.	Sheets
Publish	Publishes the sheet set to the plotter, DWF, DWFx, or PDF that you specify.	Sheets
