To Trim Objects in 3D Wireframe Models

1. Click Home tabModify panelTrim. Find
2. At the prompt, enter o (mOde) and at the next prompt, enter s (Standard).

   The Standard mode provides additional options that are useful for trimming and extending in 3D.

3. Select the cutting edges to use for trimming (1).
4. Enter p (Project).
5. Enter n (None).
6. Select the object to trim (2 and 3).

Note: When you're done trimming and extending in 3D, you might want to change the mode back to Quick.
