To Display Prompts in Tooltips for Dynamic Input

1. At the Command prompt, enter dsettings.
2. In the Drafting Settings dialog box, Dynamic Input tab, under Dynamic Prompts, choose Show Command Prompting and Command Input Near the Crosshairs.
