To Create a Bulleted List in Multiline Text as you Type

1. Click Drafting tab > Text panel > Multiline Text.
2. Specify opposite corners of a bounding box to define the width of the multiline text object.
3. Right-click in the In-Place Text Editor, On the expanded shortcut menu, click Bullets and Lists Numbering, Bullets, or Letters. Verify that Allow Auto-list and Allow Bullets and Lists are checked.
4. Start a line of text by entering U+25CB (the Unicode string for a bullet), press Tab, and then enter some text.

   If you do not press Tab after you enter the Unicode text or symbol, it will remain a separate character.

   Note: The following characters cannot be used as bullets: period (.), colon (:), close parenthesis ()), close angle bracket (>), close square bracket (]), and close curly bracket (}).
5. Alternatively, Right-click in the In-Place Text Editor, On the expanded shortcut menu, click Symbol. Or, click Symbol Other to open the Characters dialog box for additional symbols.
6. Double-click a symbol from the list to copy it to the clipboard.
7. Close the Character dialog box.
8. Paste the symbol to the drawing, and press the up-arrow and End key to return the cursor to the same line.
9. Press TAB.
10. Enter the text of the list item. Press ENTER to move to the next item, or press SHIFT+ENTER to add a plain paragraph before the next item.

    The bullet character is automatically added to the next item.

11. Press ENTER twice to end the list.
12. To save your changes, click in the drawing outside the editor or press CMD + Enter.
