To Add iProperties as BOM Columns (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

Note: Inventor Link is available only on 64-bit systems, and it is not installed by default.

1. Click Annotate tabBOM panelBOM drop-downManage. Find
   Note:

   When the menu command is invoked for the very first time, the BOM dialog box may not display immediately.

2. Click Settings. The BOM Settings dialog box is displayed.
3. To add an iProperty to the BOM:
   1. In the Available component properties list, click the row heading of the component property you want to add to the BOM. The entire row is selected.
   2. Click Add to. The component property is added to the bottom of the list in the BOM tab.
      Note:

      The Add to button is unavailable if the selected component property is already added.

4. If the iProperty you want to add to the BOM is not visible:
   1. Click More. The More Properties dialog box is displayed.
   2. With the CTRL key pressed, click the iProperties you need.
5. Click OK. You are returned to the BOM Settings dialog box.
6. In the BOM tab, select the iProperties one by one and use the Move up or Move down buttons to position them appropriately.
7. Click OK until all dialog boxes close.
