Use AMIVUPDATE to reread the Autodesk Inventor part or assembly files and refresh the 3D model in model space and all views in paper space.
When a drawing file that is linked to an Autodesk Inventor part or assembly is out of synchronization, the browser highlights the affected part, assembly view nodes, in yellow. Additionally, a bubble window in the status bar may appear, notifying you that a newer version is available.
Note: When the drawing file is out of synchronization, you cannot update views and the program does not make new annotations associative.
