Summary
You can draw fillet welds and single-V butt welds in front view and in side view. You can enter the weld seam width, or define it using the pointing device.
List of Prompts
The following prompts are displayed.
- Leg width
- Specifies the width of the seam.
- Select line, arc, circle, or ellipse
- Specifies the taper or slope to attach the symbol to.
- Start point
- Specifies the starting point of the seam.
- End point
- Specifies the end point of the seam.
- Correct side
- Specifies if fillet welds are placed on the correct side of the seam. If you specify No, the program moves the welds to the other side.
- Angle
- Specifies the angle of the weld.
