On the ribbon, click
Raster Tools tab
Edit panel
Crop drop-down menu
Aligned Rectangular Region.
Pick a point at one corner of the raster data you want to preserve.
To define the baseline, pick a second point or enter a numeric angle in relation to horizontal.
Pick a third point to define the final size of the rectangular region to preserve. The image is cropped to this region, but the image frame retains the angle of the original image at the time the crop was made.
