Copying Catalog Items Between Content Browser Windows

You can copy items from one catalog location to another between two Content Browser windows by using the copy and paste options on the context menu.

1. Open two Content Browser windows; use Ctrl+N to open the second window.
2. In the first Content Browser window, display the catalog item that you want to copy.
3. In the second Content Browser window, open the target catalog, category, or tool package to copy the item to.
4. In the first Content Browser window, right-click the item to display the context menu and click Copy.
   Tip: You can select multiple items by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking them. When no items are currently selected you can also right-click and click Select All.
5. In the second Content Browser window, right-click to display the context menu and click Paste.
