To Add or Edit Text in a Drawing Sketch

Applies also to drawing resources such as title blocks and custom borders.

You can add or edit text boxes in an active drawing sketch, or in a drawing resource such as title block format, custom border, or sketched symbol. Use the Text command on the Annotate tab.

Note: In drawings, the default text format is controlled by the default style of the active standard object. To change the default text format for a drawing or template, modify the text style and object defaults style.
Note: If at any time you click Cancel Sketch all actions are discarded. For create workflows, that means going back to the point before the sketch was created. For edit workflows it means going back to the state before the sketch was edited.
