Work with runner in feeding system

Create runner

1. In the Mold Layout tab, click Runner.
2. In the Create Runner dialog box, specify the runner Section Type and Parameters.
3. In the graphics window, select the sketch lines one by one to specify the Path.
4. In the Create Runner dialog box, enter a cold slug length, and cold slug position for the corresponding segment.
   Note: The Equivalent Diameter column is calculated from specified parameter values.
5. Click Apply, or OK.

Edit runner

1. In the Mold Design browser, under Runner, right-click a Runner Channel node, and then click Edit Feature.
2. In the Create Runner dialog box, modify the parameters.
3. Click OK.

Delete runner

• In the Mold Design browser, under Runner, right-click a Runner Channel node, and then click Delete.
