Importing an Oracle Data Import Mapping Definition

You can import an Oracle Data import mapping definition (*.XML) file for reuse and modification.

Attention: The industry model you import the file to must contain the Oracle Data Import Extension.

To import an Oracle Data import mapping definition

1. In the Infrastructure Administrator, click Enterprise and connect to the enterprise industry model .
2. Open the project that contains the final industry model.
3. In the Administrator explorer, select the final industry model.
4. Click Industry Model menu Import Oracle Data.
5. In the Source Industry Model dialog box, select the source industry model, and enter its credentials. Click OK.
6. In the Import Oracle Data dialog box, click New.
7. In the Create New Mapping Definition dialog box, click Import.
8. Select the mapping definition (*.XML) file.
9. Click Open.
10. If necessary, modify the configuration settings.
11. Click Close.
