Customizing Industry Model Explorer Profiles

Application developers can customize the Industry Model explorer profiles for each industry model using the Explorer Configurator. You can create new definitions and statements that are displayed dynamically in the Industry Model Explorer, in the same way the default topics, feature classes, and so on are displayed.

To create explorer statements

1. In the Infrastructure Administrator, do one of the following:
   • Click Enterprise and connect to the enterprise industry model. Open a project.
   • Click File and open a project.
2. In the tree structure, under the industry model node, click Explorer Configurator.
3. On the Statements tab, under Select Statement, use the SQL Assistant to create the select statements.

   To see an example, in the Explorer Configurator, expand the Workflows Map 3D item. Select Workflows Map 3D (under the parent item) and click the Statements tab.

   Notice the explorer icon definition, the node item captions, and the SQL statements. For more information see the Developer’s Guide.
