Editable_Poly Selection Mode

The Edit Poly / Editable Poly Preview Selection Mode introduced in 3ds Max 2008 allows you to pick from three selection modes:

• Off - the old sub-object selection mode where only the current sub-object element can be selected, without any interactive preview;
• Sub-Object - the new selection mode where the current sub-object selection is being highlighted by the mouse and can be confirmed with a mouse click;
• Multi - a new selection mode which highlights the possible sub-object selection closest to the mouse and switches to the currently highlighted element's mode with a mouse click.
