To move the most recently created joint in the joint chain you are drawing
- With the Joint Tool and most recently created joint active, do either of the following:

-click the joint, then use the transform manipulators that appear to drag it to a new position. - Press
or 
(Mac OS X), drag to a new position, then press or again.
After you move the current joint, click in the scene view to continue creating joints for your joint chain.
