Title block area definition.
There are two types of title block areas: DrawingArea and TableArea. Drawing area is defined by a set of rectangles. Draw and NoDraw areas comprise the canvas. Table area is defined by a single rectangle in the draw area. An IsoTitleBlockArea can be of type 'Draw' or 'NoDraw', with Origin, Width, and Height.
