Migrates a non-vault project to the vault.
You can convert an existing non-vault project to a vault project.
Before conversion, all project files must reside in the project folder.
If any files are not in the project folder (for example, a word document that is linked in the Related files folder, or a line definition table LDT referenced by an Iso style), the project does not convert. A log file is created that allows you to identify project files that are not in the project folder.

Specify the root working folder for the vault project.

Vault projects use SQL Server for the plant database. If your project is using the default (SQLite) format it is converted to SQL Server during migration.

Converts the project to a vault project in the working folder and checks in the project.
