AUDITPROJECT

Allows project managers or other administrators to evaluate the integrity of a project and corrects errors.

Access Methods

 Command entry:  auditproject

Summary

Searches the current project for errors (such as orphaned records that no longer point to an object in a source drawing).

For the audit process to take place, you must have a project open. The project cannot be locked by another designer. If no project is open or if the project is locked, warnings are displayed and the audit stops.

If you set the auditctl system variable to 1, a log file is created (auditlog.adt) in ASCII format describing problems and the actions taken. The log file is placed in the project directory.
