Place reference points on work planes to guide and anchor geometry development in the conceptual design environment.
To place a reference point on a work plane
- Manually select a work plane or use the Workplane Viewer to determine the placement plane.
- Click Modify | Lines
Draw panel 
(Draw on Work Plane).
- Click along the work plane to place points.
Select and reposition points if necessary.
