To see or change furniture properties, select the item and see the Properties palette.

| Swivel | Rotation of the chair from its origin, based on the slider setting. |
| Elevation | Height setting for the seat of the chair. Select Low, Medium, or High. |
| Arm Height | Height setting for the arms of the chair. Select Low, Medium, or High. |
| Tilt | Angle to tilt the back of the chair, based on the slider setting. |
| Color Preview | Image to use to preview the color for the object. Click  (Browse) to navigate to the file. |
| Color | Color of the object. Select a value from the list. |
