Create a Revision Cloud Schedule

Quickly review and manage your revision cloud parameter information using revision cloud schedules.

Create revision cloud schedules to better review and manage all the revision clouds in your project, and see which view or sheet they belong to. This way, you can easily see each revision in your project and make modifications, or directly edit the schedule fields if necessary.

To create a revision cloud schedule:

  1. Click View tabCreate panelSchedules drop-down Schedule/Quantities.
  2. In the New Schedule dialog do the following:
    1. Select Schedule building components.
    2. Select the Revision Clouds category from the Category list and click OK. A default name appears in the Name text box, which you can change as necessary.
  3. In the Schedule Properties dialog, in the Fields tab, you can add parameters as schedule fields from the Revision Clouds, Revisions, Sheets, and Views categories.
  4. Click OK to create the revision cloud schedule.
Note: You can include keys and shared parameters in your revision cloud schedule.
Considerations when working with revision cloud schedules:
  • You can only create instance shared parameters and project parameters for revision clouds. Type parameters are not available​.
  • Revision clouds from linked Revit projects are not included in revision cloud schedules created in the host Revit project​.
  • You cannot use the shared/project parameters of revision clouds to create visibility filters.
