Place a camera in the perspective view and adjust the view depth, boundary, and camera angle.
This video demonstrates the following:
You can create perspective 3D views for presentation and rendering purposes. Place a camera to frame the perspective of the building model and create the view. Click to position the camera, and again to specify the target point. The objects contained within the blue triangle will be included in the view. This triangle represents the crop boundary for the perspective view.
The perspective view opens, and you can see whether the view has the desired boundary and depth. Use the crop boundary controls to adjust the field of view. By changing values for the camera Eye Elevation and Target Elevation, you can modify the perspective of the view.
With the crop boundary selected, use the Size Crop tool to control the size of the view when it is printed or placed on a sheet. The new perspective view is listed under 3D Views in the Project Browser.
