You start the Revit Server Administrator, but it does not list any Revit Server instances.
Solution: Make sure that you have an RSN.ini file in the %programdata%\Autodesk\Revit Server <release>\Config folder. This file needs to have the Revit Server name or IP address listed. This is a simple text file and can be created using notepad.
