This warning results from a Revit Server issue, which can have several different root causes.
Revit Server uses Internet Information Services (IIS) for Windows® Server. Errors recorded in journals and server logs for Revit Server are generated by IIS. You can use online resources for IIS errors to troubleshoot Revit Server issues.
Try the following methods to identify the source of the problem.
Journal files: In the latest Revit journal file, review entries created around the time the error was encountered.
