Learn how to export a rendered cube image in VRED.
Video captions: Select Preferences from the Edit menu. In the sub-item, Export, select Cube Image to adjust the settings of the picture. Under Resolution, you can set the output format of the picture. Supersampling controls the quality of the image. Off describes the lowest quality, whereas the highest quality is defined by 64x. Under Type, the output type of the image can be chosen. Select Spherical Map to create a spherical image. To generate an image from the scene, VRED needs a center point from which the image is induced. Create a standard primitive and position it in the scene. Hide the primitive with the assistance of the Scenegraph, and select, under File, Export Scene Data > CubeImages. Set a path for saving and select a file format for which VRED should have the image. VRED generates the image around the chosen center point.
