If necessary, you can repair the installation of the Vault Server.
If the repair doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the Vault Server software. Refer to the instructions in the support article Repairing, Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Vault Server software. Please note that you cannot repair the Vault Client.
Note: Autodesk strongly recommends backing up all databases and necessary files before making any changes to the installation of the Vault Server.
