To open the Vertical Datum Transformation dialog box, in Toolspace, on the Toolbox tab, expand Miscellaneous Utilities 
Drawing Transformations, and double-click Vertical Datum Transformation.
The Vertical Transformation dialog box allows for shifting elevations from one vertical datum to another.
Current Datum. Specifies the current datum for the drawing.
Target Datum. Specifies the datum target transformation type.
