Opening the Snow/Wind Load dialog and clicking the Snow tab displays the following dialog.
The Snow pressure field includes the following options:
- Automatic - Runs automatic calculation of the snow pressure based on the defined parameters of a structure location (NOTE: (the option is not available in the current version)
- Manual - Turns on manual definition of the snow pressure.
Below is the Structure located on exposed terrain or there are no significant projections on the roof option. If you select it, values of the snow pressure are decreased (the mi coefficient is reduced to 75 percent).
Click the Coefficients button to open the dialog box to define coefficients of the snow load.
