Troubleshooting Start-up Errors

In some cases, an error message is displayed when you try to open Autodesk PPK Survey for Civil 3D. Refer to the following troubleshooting procedures.

No Coordinate System Set in this Drawing

This error occurs if the drawing does not have a specified coordinate system. Clicking OK in the error message exits the application.

You must be working in a drawing that has a coordinate system appropriate to the GNSS data to be processed. To continue, either:

• Open a drawing with a defined coordinate system.
• Assign a coordinate system to the current drawing.

Unhandled Exception Error

If this error occurs, delete the contents of the following folder:

• C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk,_Inc\
