TblendManip is a composite manipulator. It consists of two toggle manips
for controlling the direction of the tangents of the blend surface
One toggle is to be placed at the start of each rail.
TblendManip also contains two point on curve manips to control the orientation
of each rail curve. This allows the user to twist the blend surface so that
it does not depend on the endpoint/parameterization diffferences between the rails.
The toggle manip of one curve moves with the point on curve manip.
