TdynAttenuationManip is a base manipulator that consists of a distance
manipulator, that is dragged to change the attenuation. It also creates
an attenuation curve that is drawn from the magnitude manipulator to the
max distance manipulator and shows the curve of the fall off of force over
distance for the current attenuation, magnitude and max distance.
