TtowPointOnCurveManip is a simple manipulator for a point on a curve
It has 2 manip vals: the curve and the param, from which it finds
the position on the curve at which to draw.
It differs from the TpointOnCurveManip in that it is drawn away
from the curve. Useful when there is already a manip on the curve
at the point value
