To Change a Data Link for a Data Extraction Table
Right-click a data extraction table and choose
Data Extraction
Edit Data Extraction Settings

Proceed through the Data Extraction wizard to the Refine Data page displays and click Link External Data.
Click Launch Data Link Manager.
Click the Create a New Excel Data Link option.
In the Enter Data Link Name dialog box, enter a name for the data link and click OK.
Click the [...] button to browse to an
.xls
or
.xlsx
file.
In the New Excel Data Link dialog box, select a link option (whole sheet, range, or Excel named range), and click OK.
Select the new data link in the Data Link Manager tree view and click OK.
