- On the QuickCalc toolbar, click the Intersection of Two Lines Defined by Four Points button.
QuickCalc temporarily closes and you are prompted to specify four points. Use object snaps to ensure precision.
- Do one of the following:
- In the drawing, click the first point of line 1, then the second point of line 1. Next, click the first point of line 2, then the second point of line 2.
- Enter the coordinates for the first point of line 1, then the second point of line 1. Next, enter the coordinates for the first point of line 2, then the second point of line 2.
- Use a combination of entered coordinates and clicked locations.
QuickCalc opens and appends the value of the evaluated expression to the end of any value or expression already present in the Input box.
Note:
The QuickCalc Intersection of Two Lines Defined by Four Points button uses the ILL(p1,p2,p3,p4) function.
