To Draw a Helix

A helix is an open 2D or 3D spiral.

1. Click Drafting tab > Draw panel > Helix.
   Note: Hidden by default. Click to display the icon on the tool set panel.
2. Specify the center point for the base of the helix.
3. Specify the base radius.
4. Specify the top radius or press Enter to specify the same value as the base radius.
5. Specify the height of the helix.
